More and more people are now agreeing when they hear that when it comes to success with search engines, content is king. When you think about the content on your website, ask yourself if you are producing quality. Is the information on your site the same that can be found on many sites, or is your unique?
The better your content is, the more time people will spend reading it, keeping them on your site longer. If you offer value, information that is useful and unique and it solves the problem or answers the question that visitor has, you have been successful. The right content on your site is the cornerstone on which many other factors depend.
Once you have good content, your next step is a good keyword search. Take those keywords and put them into your content so it speaks to what people are looking for. If you already have your content written, go back and edit it so it contains those words. The idea here is if you want to be located by certain words, they should be in your content. How many times you use those words is up to you, just use your common sense.
